November 5th - Firework Night.

Firework season is on us again - so many animals are scared of them. I wish you could not but not sure that is ever going to happen. Some ideas below how to help you all through the next couple of months.

Playing classic music or putting your volume up on your tv.

You can get plugins for your pets to try and relax them

Your vet can give you medication to relax your pet - I do find this works very well - but you have to give them the pill at least a hour before fireworks start.

Let your pets have a safe place in your home to hide.

Keep your windows closed and curtains

Walk well before dark on the days you think fireworks are going to be let off.

Keep your pets inside - during this this time.

I am not pet sitting tomorrow - I do feel for everyone out there as I have pet sat for many clients over the years where your dogs and cats hate them and to see how stressed they get brings me to tears sometimes
