Jo has massively improved our puppy's quality of life. Due to a change of circumstances we were unable to take him to work and Jo helps to ensure that Pippin's routine is maintained. Thanks to her, our puppy continues to be well-fed, happy and healthy. She updates us everyday after she's visited and that makes our choice to leave him so much easier.
