New Reference July 2018

Just got this lovely new reference from a client in Letchworth I have been house/pet sitting for the last 4 years:

Jo has been looking after out two lovely dogs for about 4 years, she regularly house sits for us looking after our house and both our dogs, and occasionally walks our cocker spaniel and lunchtime visits if we are out for the day.

Our dogs are extremely precious to us, when we moved here we spent many months looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. Leaving our dogs in the care of someone else meant that we had to find someone who we had complete confidence in otherwise we would not have left them. When we found Jo, we took up references and spoke to some of her established clients before entrusting our dogs in her care. All of Jo's clients gave very enthusiastic and positive reports.

Since then, Jo has looked after our dogs frequently. She is completely reliable, helpful and trustworthy. She always responds to contact quickly and is very accommodating. Jo has always followed the instructions that we leave including giving medication or taking them to the vet when required and we trust that if a situation arose, she would deal with it responsibly and promptly.

Both of our dogs clearly love jo. She shows them great affection and kindness and yet also has a practical down to earth approach if needed.

Jo regularly keeps in touch when we are away and often sends photos and messages of reassurance.

In short, I fully recommend Jo's services.
